TENANT FIND ONLY

75% + VAT of the first month's rent.
For example, £1,000.00 rent = £900 fee

FULL MANAGEMENT

Set-up Fee: £300 + VAT = £360
Monthly Management Fee: 10% + VAT of rent (For example, £1,000.00 rent = £120.00 Fee)

RENT COLLECTION

Set-up Fee: 75% + VAT of the first month's rent (For example, £1,000.00 rent = £900 fee inclusive of VAT)
Monthly Fee: 5% + VAT of the Rent (For Example, £1,000.00 rent = £600.00 Fee inclusive of VAT)

INVENTORY

Price dependant on size of property starting at £80 + VAT = £96.00

ADDITIONAL FEES

  • Tenancy Renewal is charged at £144.00 (inclusive of VAT)
  • Additional Property visits are charged at £90 inclusive of VAT
  • Site visits outside standard maintenance our routine inspections are charged at £30 inclusive of VAT
  • Obtaining Additional quotes (above two) £30 inclusive of VAT
  • Project Administration Fee £30.00 inclusive of VAT
  • Duplicate documents £24 inclusive of VAT
  • Court attendance at request of Landlord £60 per hour inclusive of VAT
