The whole process of the house sale from the initial stages of taking the photos to finding the buyers was undertaken by Roscoe Rogers and Knight with the utmost care and unwavering dedication right the way through to the conclusion of the sale. Big House Holiday Lets is an independent company co-owned and run from the offices of RRK by Lewis Scott. The company specialises in letting large houses for groups of up to 30 people for friends and family get-togethers, birthdays, or anniversaries. Services offered include “meet and greets”, check outs, cleaning, maintenance and laundry. We speak to our guests rather than booking online to ensure that the houses are respected and looked after.

Strategically funding your property purchase can be an important factor to consider when buying a property. As a buyer, having an agreement in principle in place before a viewing will stand you in better stead when negotiating with the vendor.
